Parmesean Tarragon Sauce for Broccoli and Asparagus
Take 1 cup milk and 1 cup Mayonnaise in a small saucepan with 1 packet of dry mix and heat until nearly boiling stirring constantly and serve over steamed broccoli or steamed asparagus. Might be good on cauliflower, but I can't abide cauliflower. Those of you that do like cauliflower let me know how that works out. :D
Wild Cajun Dip Mix
Wild Cajun Fajitas
Take a pound or so of leftover roast or steak sliced into strips, 1 medium onion sliced, one thinly sliced zucchini and an anahiem pepper sliced into 1/4" strips by about 1-1/2 to 2 inches long. Toss steak and vegetables with the contents of the dry Wild Cajun packet until evenly distributed and sautee briefly with a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet on high heat until the onions are slightly carmelized on the edges. Serve with warm tortillas, guacamole, sour cream and/or salsa.
White Cheddar Bacon Dip Mix
Potato Pancakes:
Great on baked potatoes as mixed according to instructions, great added to scrambled eggs, and what is really nice is to take 2 cups of leftover mashed potatoes, an egg, a splash of milk to make the potatoes the same consistency as pancake batter, and 2 tablespoons of White Cheddar Bacon Dip Mix. Spoon onto a hot griddle lubricated with a tablespoon or so of bacon grease. Serve with butter, sour cream.
